[Mldxcc] W6RKC 2015 CQWW Phone

I thought MLDXC did NOT want the low scores as they were trying to stay in
the Medium club category... I submitted my low score to NCCC as a CHECK LOG
(50 Qs).  Anyway if someone will respond to this query, I suspect that this
is time to resubmit for MLDXC if that is desired by the club.
