[Mldxcc] Station Available for CQP

Rick, W6SR, in Placerville, is making his station available on the Sunday of CQP.
Rick's station is a wonderful place to operate from.  I've done it on day two of SS.  It is totally dummy-proof, which suits me just fine.  Full power and good antennas.  This is a good way for someone to maximize their score and also help MLDXCC.  This year, we won't have the huge score from W1SRD, so we need all the help we can get to win the plaque again!
I'll note that Jim, K6OK, has the station on the Saturday of CQP.
