"2016-04-04 15:54:11Z: We have stations calling CQ on 80 (3.534 MHz) , 
40 (7.015 MHz), and 30 m (10.116 MHz) CW. Propagation conditions here 
continue to be rather poor.
We've had quite a bit of rain and wind today. The temperature was at 7 C 
earlier, but has now fallen to 3. Winds are strong and gusty from the 
west, difficult to walk into (>30 kts?). Pressure is 988 mbar (29.18 in 
Hg)."
