Not all jurisdictions have a 200 Watt power limit on 30 meters like the US has. For instance in Canada the power limit is 500 Watts.
--I can’t remember where I found that Canadian power limit information, I believe it was from the author of the DXLab suite of software that I use.
All I know is that other jurisdictions have different power limits; and the FCC is trying to protect other US Government users that are still on the band from too much Amateur Radio interference—like that is actually doing any good.

As an expedition, do they receive a bye on power? Can't imagine how 200w could have such a punch.
