[Mldxcc] P5 Operations in two weeks North Korea

According to some cluster posts this morning Paul, N6PSE and David, K3LP 
will be in North Korea (DPRK) in two weeks.  Apparently the permission 
finally came through; this is NOT another Dom operation which is/was 
planned for mid-summer.

Paul spotted on several frequencies, almost all phone, which I presume 
are the intended operating frequencies.  These are:

80    3.810
40    7.208
30    10.119
20    14.195
17    18.145
15    21.290
12    24.980
10    28.490

Nothing posted for 160m (yet).  I have worked but not confirmed South 
Korea on 160 so I know it's possible.

Good hunting all!  This will be a mess but we have some advantage over 
other places, a clear over the water shot.
