[Mldxcc] We Won the Gavel!

Re quality of the write-up for 2015 Phone (and Club) SS results:

- Compared to N2IC's write-up for previous year (2014) not so good on club
competition. The article that Bob cited is the full write up, not the
abbreviated version that will appear in QST (likely to be even shorter).

- The medium category competition was great fun.  Maybe a two-peat?  Wish
REDXA would do a Local club entry to give PL-259 additional competition.

 -- It's likely that SCCC and DFW will mount a full effort next year and it
would be exciting to compete.  The N6ZFO contribution last year was one of
my least vigorous; probably much better in '16 with a massive new antenna
and FLP.  Expecting a 20 dB or more ERP increase for 20m, my weakest band.
