[Mldxcc] August 27th MLDXCC Meeting

Also need to say a few words about CQP. Make sure all have logging s/w
working, answer questions about rules, procedures, propagation in both
events. 20 & 40 possibly 'money bands'...make sure antennas work. 160
good for a few Qs & mults.
For past several years, ARRL 10 M & 160 M have been 'focus' events for
MLDXCC. In 2015, NCCC 'could' have won in Medium Club category had
it had a current list of club members on file with ARRL Contest Branch...it
seems current administration is enforcing rule about eligible members.
(I will prepare & send a list to ARRL in next day or so for MLDXCC.)
Following discussion at informal BoD meeting in July, no PayPal due to costs
to club & hassles for Treasurer.
