[Mldxcc] VP8SGI on 80 phone

Because my first 80 meter on CW was so tenuous and didn't make the log 
(got it the next night), I made a second 80 phone tonight for 
insurance.  I wished them well and he commented about the conditions on 
Thule.  So I asked about 160 tonight and was told that there had been 
some damage to the vertical array that they hoped to fix today (their 
sunrise now) to be on 'tonight' (our Tuesday night).

So wait one more day and we can try again.  Let's also hope this front 
passes and the static crashes are smaller too.
