They're on the little finger sticking out on the SE corner of the 
island.  There is a mountain (an active volcano) to their NW, which may 
be part of why (with the solar conditions) things have been so 
challenging on the higher bands.

160 would be a dream contact from here, but they've been on 80 almost 
every evening, our time.  Their sunrise will be ~-3:15Z.
