"2016-03-28 15:30:54Z: The technical difficulties with DXA have been 
resolved.
We're having a blast here with the pileups, and it's a lot of fun 
handing out a needed new one. Our stations are running on 160 CW 
(1818.5), 80 CW (3534), 40 SSB (7090), and 20 CW (14033.9).
It's been a cold, windy day here on Heard Island, with gusts strong 
enough to make walking very difficult. The temperature is 4 C (40 F), 
with light snow or graupel falling."
