[Mldxcc] Meeting prep

Is there anything I need to do, bring, prepare for meeting
tomorrow??
Could we take a second or two to review appointees, such
as QSL Manager (is SJQ still handling?) & Publicity (no
mention in SM's Section News, for instance)??
