[Mldxcc] MLDXCC eligibility

This brings up an interesting point. You and the station K6LRG are both 
within the club circle, but K6LRG is not listed on our eligibility list. 
If you submit the log as K6LRG, with you as operator, I don't know if it 
will get rejected.

Dick or Ian, do you have an answer for this?
