Started the day late due to working a scissor lift in Stockton for a 
sign job, then once I got in the contest my rig was shutting off every 
time I talked on 20m. Took a while to track that down to an aftermarket 
cable I had between the KPOD and K3. Switched over to the (very) short 
stock cable and thought everything was going ok...

Turned on the amp, then started losing QSOs as I drifted off frequency 
while I was talking to them. Luckily Rich WC6H stayed with it and I was 
able to get back on freq and finish at least that one. Stock KPOD 
control cable is picking up RFI on 20m and changing the freq. Running 
works FB because I can lock the freq.

You know it's time to take a break when you start asking people in 
Oregon what their county is. I've heard a bunch of you, keep up the good 
work.
