[Mldxcc] MLDXCC October 22nd meeting

Let's also discuss awards as we have not done 2015 CQP,
for instance...or should this be first discussed at BoD level?

Should we suggest to NCCC that the 'Club Competition' be
divided into two categories...or more? If so, need plaque sponsors.

Authorize expenditure for plaque we sponsor in CQP...first LP non-
CA-single op...others? Current price is $60 including shipping &
handling.
