[Mldxcc] MLDXCC November Sweepstakes

As a start, everyone should post their scores to this
reflector before submitting logs. Then, anyone can
see if their score is in the top 50. This is more
legit than sending scores to Bob and having him
be a "facilitator". What Bob can do is get everyone
to promptly post their scores to this reflector.
