Q's = Casual Hawaii QSO Party contacts from the N6JV station
Things that Glow in the Dark = Tubes - The N6JV tube museum.  You've probably seen a 4CX150, or maybe a 4CX1000 or a 4CX1500, but have you seen a 4CX35000?  Well, none of these glow in the dark unless they've gone into meltdown, but there are also plenty of tubes in Norm's museum that do glow in the dark.
You can do it all at the NCCC BBQ.
