I'm not convinced that's a valid argument. PRB-1 requires no more than an
"accommodation" which could also be a 440 MHz whip in your window. It took
several court cases to show that a 440 whip is NOT accommodating under
PRB-1. And that is now the law.
How is this any different?
How "effective" do you need that 160 stacked yagi?
