[Mldxcc] DX Spot: 5U5R 1.824 - not quite yet

Spots are now coming in from the east coast.  It's the 19th in AF, 
they're done on the 20th, so this is the last shot until next time.  I'd 
like to think that both sides know this and try a little harder.

Last night they were clearly heard here on the west coast (for about an 
hour, an hour AFTER our sunset) but not working many or fast.  I presume 
a high noise floor there (in addition to my poor antenna and only 
capable of 650 watts).  But hearing them means it's possible, there's 
room for hope.
