No!  I'm not saying that at all.  I am just commenting on the published information.  Is it true, your guess is a s good as mine.?
One thing I can tell you for sure is that the Offical ARRL DXCC page still shows 339 as total countries.  So, are they late up-dating the page, or is it just an April fool stunt? .......de Rick, W6SR

The reasoning seems thin at best. Being part of the new (expanded) monument isn't much different than being governed by US Fish & Wildlife. I can see how Kure might get included with Midway in that regard, but it's a different "governing body" than the State of Hawaii.  That's even true given that the state has representation on the governing board. I noticed that the two islands were not given a new entity designation nor pointedly included as KH6. Nothing said about French Frigate Shoals either.

The deleted ones still add to your DXCC total, but are no longer counted for honor roll, or top of honor roll qualification.

I guess it's a good thing I confirmed them last month before I got my 3 DXCC awards (in the mail today, plus 4 single bands).... yeah, I broke down and did the paperwork.


A few more confirmations and I'll be able to order up more certs and stickers.
