Gentleman...the 3C1L is still on 
14.029 right now...his signal is starting 
to fade slightly...I worked him at 21:14 zulu... 
he is a good operator...he was listening up 
3.2 khz...above 14.029...good luck...again, 
he is still on the air right now at 21:56 zulu..
