Not all hams in PR are QRT. I just came across a casual/slow QSO by NP3SA (about 449 here) with K7ZAD/4 in SC on 7028 at 0055z. He didn't seem to have much to report, just your basic QSO. With all the mayhem there, I'm kinda surprised he's hamming it up like normal. Maybe he's taking a sanity break from cleaning up. -Gary NA6O
