[Mldxcc] Thank you for NCCC RTTY support

It's great to look in the ARRL RTTY RU logs received and see so many 
MLDXCC members giving their support for NCCC's effort to win the contest 
in the unlimited category. I know several of you attempted RTTY for the 
first time, or came back to it after an absence. Thank you for 
supporting NCCC, and giving back to a club who helped us win November 
Sweepstakes.
