[Mldxcc] Pro Tip: Always send your log before you shut down your contest logger

I find it can be helpful to have the rules page open in a browser during
the contest in case I need to check something, and you also have the
submission page/email handy at the end. So just send it now!

Sending the log before you close also means that if there is a problem you
can take care of it while the contest is fresh.

Send it now even if you have a pile of typing error notes to fix and you
want to sleep now. You can send it again later.

Sending a flawed log and fixing it later is better than sending in no log
at all. Send it now!
