[Mldxcc] Contest writing opportunity

K9AY is giving up authoring the ARRL 160m Contest article after this year.

By being an ARRL contest author you get to tell the story from your own
possibly west coast point of view ;) have the creative fun of putting
together something others will enjoy, earn the admiration of your fellow
contesters, and earn a small stipend.
