Some of the currently known restrictions Dom will be faced with include five days, three bands, 100 watts and a vertical.
While in the capital city he will be required to sign an agreement. If this all comes together Dom plans to be QRV on 20 Meters SSB for 5 days in the January/February 2016 time frame. He is hopeful this will possibly lead to future operations from P5.
From what I see, he will only operate SSB, if at all.
So no pile-ups for me...already have on 10 & 15 SSB.
Need on CW & RTTY...like that's going to happen any
time soon.
Good time to schedule sick leave, vacation or whatever
to be by the radio at the right time.

Range is the number of years you have been working DX since your first contact (I think).
