For those of you who may not have seen this, it works well.  Very useful in the 10 meter contest.  I've got to ask Matt if this works with RTTY too.

By the way, if you operate RTTY or CW Assisted, be sure to turn on the Skimmer spots.  Your band-map will light up in seconds.

If you're running, always send "Test" or "CQ" to trigger the Skimmer......ie: "TEST W1RH"...."CQ SS W1RH"

Subject: [NCCC] run frequency monitoring

Hey everyone just wanted to share a link to something I created the other morning:

It's a remote pan adapter for CW, so you can see what the passband centered on your run frequency "looks" like in NA, EU, etc.

The inputs are:

1)  Your call
2)  The band you are running on
3)  The 'passband' you'd like to examine (plus/minus 0.25 to 4.25 kHz)
4)  The continent for which you'd like to see RBN spots

The output is a graphical 'pan-adaptor' type display of spotted stations within the selected passband.  This is handy in contests as you don't have to leave your pileup to see what stations are near your run frequency.

The run frqeuency monitor is located at:
