I was 6 of those contacts too!

Not giving up, but it could be better...

Besides, there can be fun on the low bands when the K is high, how else could I work AF on 80M the last storm?  I'll do my usual S&P DXing.

There was always a band open somewhere. The bands will surprise you with some really unusual openings when the K is high too, especially the high bands.

Don't give up. Get on and CQ, you might be very surprised.
