I just renewed mine last week, new computer and the old cert was lost on the old PC. If you have TQSL installed, go to the Callsign Certificate tab and select Renew a Callsign Certificate. That will send a request to ARRL and you will receive an email with your new certificate within a day or two. Then use the Load a Callsign Certificate button and select that new certificate. You can save the certificate out to a file and transfer it to another computer.

I do not know if I'll ever be able to DX again but just in case I need to renew my LOTW Cert.  I've spent the last hour trying to follow their cryptic instructions to no avail.  Does anyone have a simple "cook book" set of instructions?
