Actually, County Expedition Rule #4 currently allows points outside the club circle to be credited.

But we’re probably going to review these rules for 2017 to see how to make Club Competition more inclusive = engage more clubs throughout California.  Therefore the #4 exception might change.

Regardless, it would be fantastic if we could count on Jerry for Del Norte next year.
