I agree that something needs to be done, and this is a good first step. We can add this to the agenda.

Would like an agenda item for a motion to create a 'Membership committee'.
It would involve maintaining club roster & maintaining ARRL Affiliated Club
eligibility lists. Dennis has created a spreadsheet with most of the criteria
necessary. If approved, Carolyn & I would be willing, with club approval, to take
this on.
Background: when I took over roster, AIR, we had about 50 members. Now we
have well over 100. The current roster form is a bit unwieldy & should be in a
more easily edited format. Possibly a condensed roster could be available
to the membership.
Also, IMO, there are some 'members' that may be considered inactive.
