For future reference, potential historical value and litigation, instead of simply deleting them, perhaps put them onto a DVD then store that safely (with an off site copy as well). That way they're safe and you have drive space returning.
If your computer can't burn a DVD, you can send the files to me and I'll back them up; I can burn CD, DVD and BR disks.

As minutes of meetings have been printed in the
'Nugget' each month, is there a
need for me to keep same on my hard drive?
I think if there were litigation pending or similar, there might
be a need.
Same goes for attendees list...I have originals from January 2014
to November 2016.
As one criteria for maintaining membership in the club is
attendance, I will keep
the log from the meeting, but want to delete the documents from
the HD.
