Super effort by K3EST and the WC6H team. Both need and

deserve many accolades from suffering West Coast contesters.

 

Please understand what I'm now going to say is not meant to be

taking anything away from our great stations and their operators.

I am just considering the propagation facts.

 

Remember that the U.S. Midwest (K9CT) and Eastern Contest

Wall (apparently) did not have propagation to EU. That being said,

the West Coast gang had better propagation to Asia and the Pacific.

This resulted in a leveling of the contest playing field and permitted

our teams to outperform the dreaded, scoundrel easterners.

 

Is there a solution to the imbalance and unfair advantage the

eastern contesters (almost always) have? I don't have an answer

to that question; nor will I during what life I have left on this planet.
