Made it to Madras,  OR last night about 11:30 PM. 

Got an almost one star motel for $100 a day. Clean,  quiet,  old. 

Traffic was medium to light on US-97 from Weed to Madras. Very little traffic this morning but building now coming mostly from the north. Small aircraft flying in to the Jefferson County airport now. 

K7Y on the air in the morning in the 6:00 AM hour starting on 40m CW above 7.040 MHz.  My grid will be CN94kp. I'll need your six digit grid. Don't make me look it up when I get home please. 

I'll be on 20m also.  As time permits,  I'll work phone as well. 

I have permission from the police chief to use parking and city park for K7Y.
