Merging logs??

How do you merge logs from two computers after a contest?

I ended up with different QSO and multiplier counts after the contest due 
to one of the computer's suffering a lock up and losing some data over the 
link.

I am using NA ver 9 and couldn'tseem to find anything in the manual last 
night.
