NA in RAC contest

Has anybody been successful in modifying NA to run the RAC winter 
contest? I've been looking at the template editor but it doesn't look 
like it will modify for the scoring and mults. In RAC all VE's are 
worth 10 points, VExRAC stations 20 points, and any others 2 points. 
Mult's are VE's. Any suggestions of some canned shareware if you know 
NA won't work?
