NA version 9.21 is now available on the LTA BBS.  This version
corrects the

following bugs reported in version 9.20:



- Leading zeroes were omitted from manually entered beam headings sent

  to computerized rotator, hence the rotator would not respond
correctly.



- When entering a prefix then using Ctrl-F10 to send rotator, junk was
sent 

  to any printer on LPT1, sometimes causing lockup.  (This was
diagnostic

  code for testing that was inadvertantly left in the release.)



- In Practice Mode, your CW speed would change to match the other
station

  and never return to the correct value.  This became broken in 9.16

  when the "+" and "-" speed-changing characters were added.
