[na-user] 2 Bugs in 10.03

[Bill Fisher, KM9P]

1.  ALT-W did not work in NAQP (needed mults on a band).  Showed all mults
regardless of their worked status.

2.  Com-4, IRQ-7 didn't work with my TNC.  Verified with 3 other programs on
same settings.  Nothing received from the port, every 3rd or 4th CR/LF was
read by the TNC.  Sounds like an interrupt problem if I didn't verify it
with the other programs.
