The way it would work is that we would add your email to a list.  When a new
version of the program is available, it will be sent to you automatically.
It can be annoying when you want to get your mail quickly, so it may not be
for everyone.  I would also need Tim or Dave or someone to admin the list of
calls included.  I don't have the time.
