[na-user] FT-1000D, ROM V6.00 and NA 10.04 Contest Program

Changed out the V5.84 PROM to V6.00 and NA and the FT-1000D
talk to each other.  Now to try other programs!

Very easy to do the changeover.  Took about 45 minutes working
slowly and carefully.  Since the PROM is CMOS, use of anti-ESD
precautions (such as a wrist strap) is highly recommended.
