[na-user] CQ WW VHF .CRT

Is there a .CRT for this contest? I didn't spot one. It's very similar to the
ARRL VHF contests except CW counts one extra point.

i.e. 50Mhz SSB 1pt CW 2 pts,  222MHz SSB 2 pts, CW 3 pts.

Before I go rummaging thru the Template Editor, I thought I'd ask.
