[na-user] NA 10.16

I just installed version 10.16 and used it for the Texas QSO Party.

Did real well with over 1400 q's.  Now its time to generate some
reports.

When I exit NA I select writelog.  When I do, NA terminates and says
"Error 09 occurred in module NA1016 at address 0FF3:475E".

I thought it was my computer so I loaded it onto another pc and had
the same error.

Help, sure would like to get the reports to send to TDXS.
