[na-user] What to submit to ARRL?

Which output files from NA get mailed to ARRL for the 160 Meter Contest
submission? I don't see any "ASCII" log, although the .PRN file is close
(with printer control characters).

Do I need to "post-process" something to generate the required log for HQ?
