[na-user] PACC constest

Hi

I'am doing some preparation for the PACC contest (14/15 feb) I'am trying
to make a NA crt for the dx side for this contest.

The rules are simple: just qso's with PA counts for 1 point and  the
provinces are multies.

I know how to make the multiplier list (and its works) but how do I
managed the qso poins so that only PA is a point. When you work an other
guy eg. ON9AAA and you will log him for the record, and put it in the
log, the qso point must be zero.
