[na-user] DXCC.CTY

Greetings,

Used NA in this weekend's ARRL DX CW Contest.  Ran into a number of
problems with the DXCC.CTY file. For example, worked KG4DZ and NA told me
that "W/VE QSOs were not allowed". Added /CO to the call and pressed on.
Later had to edit the DXCC.CTY file to add the callsign. Ran into this
several times. Is there a more current DXCC.CTY file? Mine came with
version 10.25.
