NA has been this way since 1989 and the contest sponsors don't complain. 
If we made it five digits, how would we handle six?  This could go
ad-nauseum.  Ain't broke, don't fix it.

entered a station's call that was that mult and hit the space bar, I'd get
"CHECK MULT: xx needed on 160 160 80" where xx was the zone or org name.

Yup - yet more fallout from the added mode.  Already fixed in 10.31.
