[na-user] Voice Keyers

Having never used one nor really being interested in them,
 I know nothing about voice keyers...along with many 
other things. My question is, is there anyway to use a 
Sound Blaster card with NA to opertate as a voice keyer?
 If so what do I need to do, where can I find the info, etc.
 I realize that it is getting late, but would kinda like to try it 
in SS.
