[na-user] ALT-R = ALT-TAB

FYI...  I asked Dave to have ALT-Tab do the same thing as ALT-R.  My
manual doesn't indicate it and I thought it might be of some use.  I find
ALT-Tab very easy to find on the keyboard.  ALT-R is more of a challenge
to find after 36 hours.
