[na-user] PA QSO

The PA QSO party is this coming weekend.

If you plan to use NA with networked stations you should be
aware that the OPTIONS control panel has a "QSO NUMBER BY BAND"
option. I have checked with Doug and it's OK to submit logs
that start at NR 001 on each band. 

I have not experimented very much with this feature but I
received a report that it was used in a large multi-multi
effort in a recent contest and it worked fine.
