[na-user] Time adjustment

Folks,
 I did the stupid over the weekend and had the time set wrong nad NA used
local time
for the contest. I went to the utility program(new-downloaded tonight) and
tried to set it, but
when i go back to the log, it appears that nothing has changed.
What am I doing wrong?
