>From the NA manual (mine is on page 22)
"Check Multiplier:
This function allows the operator to check the current QSO for
multipliers. Enter a multiplier or callsign, then press F10. The checked
multiplier is displayed at the bottom of the screen if it is needed per
the contest rules. The computer's log is searched for QSOs that match
the checked multiplier, and the results of the search are displayed in
the CHECK MULTIPLIER window."
And here's the important part, that some can't find ......
"If the multiplier being checked is identified as a DX country or grid
square, then the beam heading to that country or grid square, and its
local sunrise and sunset times will be displayed at the bottom of the
CHECK MULTIPLIER window. Note that it is necessary that you enter the
Latitude and Longitude of your station using NA Configuration Editor for
this display to be correct."
This also seems to explain why there are no beam headings for WPX, as
it's not countries being checked as multipliers, but rather prefixes.
(Dave, I thought I'd save you the trouble of responding. I'm sure you
have better things to do.)
